研究目的：

1.观察8周脑机交互训练对不完全性SCI患者下肢运动功能的影响； 2.探索基于运动想象的脑机交互训练促进不完全性SCI运动功能恢复的神经可塑性机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of 8-week brain-computer interactive training on lower limb motor function in patients with incomplete SCI; 2. To explore the neuroplasticity mechanism of brain-computer interactive training based on motor imagination in promoting incomplete SCI motor function recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有限制患者运动能力的合并症如下肢深静脉血栓形成、严重高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、严重骨质疏松及女性孕期等；
2.有严重的焦虑、抑郁情绪（SAS>50分，SDS>70分）的患者；
3.下肢活动范围受限或因其他因素限制下肢屈伸运动；
4.双下肢肌张力改良Ashworth>2级；
5.不适宜穿戴设备的病变，如头皮和颅骨损伤、下肢皮肤损伤或感染导致无法穿戴设备；
6.研究者判断患者依从性差或不理解试验，无法按照要求完成研究；
7.同期参加了其他的药物或医疗器械临床试验；
8.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with complications that limit their exercise ability, such as lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, severe osteoporosis and female pregnancy;
2. Patients with severe anxiety and depression (SAS>50, SDS>70);
3. Limited range of lower limb movement or flexion and extension of lower limb movement due to other factors;
4. Improved Ashworth of lower limb muscle tone > Grade 2;
5. Lesions unsuitable for wearing devices, such as scalp and skull injury, lower limb skin injury or infection, resulting in inability to wear devices;
6. The researcher judged that the patients had poor compliance or did not understand the experiment and could not complete the study as required;
7. Participated in other drug or medical device clinical trials during the same period;
8. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
