研究目的：

探讨重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）和间歇Theta节律刺激（iTBS）两种模式的经颅磁刺激作用健侧下颌舌骨肌运动皮质代表区治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效对比，为临床康复治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and intermittent Theta rhythm stimulation (iTBS) on the mandibular hyoid muscle motor cortex in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, and to provide evidence for clinical rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的高血压（收缩压>200mmHg，舒张压>110mmHg）、糖尿病血糖控制不佳或合并肝、肾、心脏等重要脏器功能障碍等重大疾病等；
2. 有头颈部肿瘤，咽喉、食管局部病变以及食管方面的吞咽功能异常；
3. 长期酗酒或长期服用中枢神经系统活性药物病史；
4. 内置心脏起搏器或体内植入其他金属医疗器械；
5. 视力、听力或理解能力存在严重障碍者；
6. 怀孕或哺乳期的妇女；
7. 研究者认为存在可能损害受试者或者导致受试者无法满足或执行研究要求的任何状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg), diabetes with poor blood sugar control or complicated with serious diseases such as liver, kidney, heart and other important organ dysfunction;
2. There are tumors of the head and neck, local lesions of the throat and esophagus, and abnormal swallowing function of the esophagus;
3. A history of chronic alcoholism or chronic use of central nervous system active drugs;
4. Built-in cardiac pacemaker or other metal medical devices implanted in the body;
5. Severely impaired in vision, hearing or understanding;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to prejudice the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the study requirements.
