本研究针对农村老年脑卒中患者，评估“医养结合”社区养老模式在改善运动功能障碍及生活质量中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of a community eldercare model promoting the integration of healthcare and eldercare on physical activity and quality of life in commnunity-dwelling older people with stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 精神疾患；
2. 患有其他严重并发症需要住院积极治疗；
3. 住进养老院、福利院或其他康养机构；
4. 失语症；
5. 不同意参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental illness;
2. Suffering from other serious complications requiring hospitalization for active treatment;
3. Living in nursing homes, welfare homes or other rehabilitation institutions;
4. Aphasia;
5. Do not agree to participate in the research.

使用 SPSS26.0 软件，先按照入组顺序 1 至 86 编号，设定随机数字种子，生成一组随机数字，之后按照数字大小进行排序分组，最终获得随机分组结果。

Using SPSS26.0 software, first number according to the group entry sequence 1 to 86, set the random number seed, generate a group of random numbers, and then sort and group according to the size of the numbers, and finally obtain the random grouping results.
