研究目的：

1.评估未经激素治疗的ITP患者，小剂量激素联合小剂量艾曲泊帕的临床疗效； 2.探讨在6-8周内停用激素或5mg维持剂量的可行性及停药6个月的持续应答率，尽可能地使得激素在8周内减停，减少经济总支出，提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low-dose hormone combined with low-dose altrapopol in ITP patients without hormone therapy; 2. To explore the feasibility of stopping the hormone or 5mg maintenance dose within 6-8 weeks and the continuous response rate after 6 months of drug withdrawal, so as to reduce the hormone withdrawal within 8 weeks as much as possible, reduce the total economic expenditure and improve the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在筛选检查中发现的任何临床相关异常（ITP除外）或任何其他医学状况或情况，研究者认为受试者不适合参加研究；
2.有血小板聚集病史，无法可靠测量血小板计数；
3.有任何动脉或静脉血栓形成（卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、心肌梗死、深静脉血栓形成或肺栓塞）既往史，且有 ≥ 2种以下风险因素的患者：激素替代治疗、吸烟、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、高血压药物、癌症、遗传性易栓症（例如：凝血因子V Leiden、抗磷脂综合征等）；
4.心脏疾病（参照改良ROSS儿童心衰分级的II/III/IV级）不应入组；有血栓形成风险的心律失常（如房颤）、肺动脉高压或未控制的高血压（>180/100 mmHg）；
5.有丙型肝炎感染、慢性乙型肝炎感染的任何临床病史；或在受试者筛选时有活动性肝炎的任何证据；
6.对治疗药物成分过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any clinically relevant abnormalities (other than ITP) or any other medical condition or condition found during screening that the investigator deems the subject unfit for study participation;
2. With a history of platelet aggregation, platelet count cannot be measured reliably;
3. Patients with any prior history of arterial or venous thrombosis (stroke, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism) and >= 2 of the following risk factors: hormone replacement therapy, smoking, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension medications, cancer, genetic thromboembolism (e.g., coagulation factor V Leiden, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc.);
4. Heart disease (Class II/III/IV of the modified ROSS scale for Pediatric Heart Failure) should not be included; Arrhythmias at risk of thrombosis (such as atrial fibrillation), pulmonary hypertension, or uncontrolled hypertension (>180/100 mmHg);
5. Any clinical history of hepatitis C infection or chronic hepatitis B infection; Or any evidence of active hepatitis at the time of subject screening;
6. Patients who are allergic to therapeutic drug ingredients.
