研究目的：

1. 分析心衰恶化和不良预后的影响因素，评价衰弱在心衰患者中的预后意义； 2. 评估精确评价心脏结构、功能和心肌代谢的心脏影像学新技术用于HFpEF诊断； 3. 开发用于HFpEF早期诊断和预后判断的新型生物标记物。

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the factors which influence the prognosis of heart failure and to evaluate the prognostic significance of frailty in patients with heart failure; 2. To evaluate new cardiac imaging techniques for accurately assessing cardiac structure, function, and myocardial metabolism in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction; 3. To develop novel biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 左心室射血分数≤40%；
2. 纳入前1个月内发生急性心肌梗死；
3. 急性传染病；
4. 无法或拒绝签署知情同意书；
5. 因各种原因（严重认知功能障碍、失聪、非汉语等）无法配合完成问卷及按时间表进行随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Left ventricular ejection fraction <= 40%;
2. Acute myocardial infarction within 1 month before inclusion;
3. Acute infectious disease;
4. Inability or refusal to sign informed consent;
5. Inability to cooperate to complete questionnaires and follow up on schedule for various reasons (severe cognitive impairment, deafness, non-Chinese, etc.).
