研究目的：

比较不同吸入氧浓度对老年患者术后谵妄和术后认知功能障碍等并发症的影响，并评估神经损伤标志物和氧化应激指标对POD的预测和诊断价值  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of inspired oxygen concentration on the incidence of the post-operative delirium and cognitive dysfunction and determine the predictive and diagnostic value of neural injury biomarkers and oxidative stress parameters in POD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 神经系统疾患如急性脑卒中、阿尔兹海默症、神经外科手术史、帕金森等；
2. 严重心功能不全（NYHA分级III级或IV级）；
3. 严重呼吸功能不全如重度COPD或氧合指数<300；
4. BMI大于35；
5. 2周内接受过手术或机械通气治疗；
6. 长期服用镇静药、抗抑郁药、酗酒、药物依赖等；
7. 术中需使用阿托品等抗胆碱药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neural system diseases such as acute stroke, Alzheimer's disease, history of neurosurgery, Parkinson's disease; 2. Severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA III or IV);
3. Severe respiratory insufficiency e.g. severe COPD or oxygenation index <300
4. BMI>35;
5. Surgery and mechanical ventilation treatment in the last 2 weeks;
6. Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, alcohol or drug abuse, etc.
7. Intraoperative anticholinergic agents such as atropine.
