To evaluate the short-term efficacy of video-assisted thoracoscopic pneumonectomy and thoracotomy and its effect on lung function

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤直径大于6cm且侵犯胸壁者；
2. 排除合并严重躯体性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The tumor diameter was more than 6cm and invaded the chest wall;
2. Patients with severe somatic diseases were excluded.
