研究目的：

明确CND患儿蜗神经对时域信息及频率信息的编码能力；探讨CND患儿听觉皮层对耳蜗电刺激的反应特点；分析CND患儿人工耳蜗植入术后听觉言语发展特点。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are 1) to clarify the encoding ability of cochlear nerve to time domain information and frequency information; 2) to explore the response characteristics of auditory cortex to electrical stimulation; 3) to analyze the characteristics of auditory and speech development for children with cochlear nerve deficiency.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.耳蜗植入年龄>18岁；
2.伴有严重认知或行为缺陷。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age at cochlear implantation age is more than 18 years;
2.Have other serious cognitive or behavioral deficits.
