本实验旨在探究运动干预对慢性腰痛人群社交距离的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to explore the effect of exercise intervention on social distance in patients with chronic low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确组织结构或病理导致的特异性腰痛，如椎间盘（或椎管）源性腰痛、椎盘感染、肿瘤、内脏疾病、脊柱疾病、脊柱损伤所致的腰痛；
2.近6个月内接受规律运动干预腰痛的患者；
3.有精神疾患病史；
4.存在运动禁忌症；
5.存在恶性肿瘤、不稳定心血管疾病等严重基础疾病；
6.有酒精及药物滥用史；
7.目前正在服用抗抑郁药及镇痛药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.specific low back pain caused by definite tissue structure or pathology, such as intervertebral disk diseases, paravertebral infection or tumor, visceral diseases, spinal diseases or injury;
2.regular exercise intervention in recent 6 months;
3.a history of neurologic or psychiatric disorders;
4.with contraindications to exercise;
5.with severe underlying diseases, such as malignant tumor, unstable cardiovascular disease;
6.a history of drug and alcohol abuse;
7.currently taking anti-depressants or analgesics.
