研究目的：

1. 主要目的： (1) 本项目拟纳入45例患者，构建患者髋关节病理模型，建立病理模型数据库，3D打印患者髋关节病理模型，设计个性化手术预案。 (2) 设计打印PSI和组件，设计相应手术配套器械，以手术模板的形式固定和优化手术预案。 (3) 探索并验证基于3D打印和PSI的AR技术辅助PAO的临床可行性、有效性及实用性。 2. 次要目的: 探索规范化、精准化的成人保髋手术手术操作流程和诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objectives: (1) This project intends to include 45 patients, construct the pathological model of the patient's hip joint, establish the pathological model database, 3D print the pathological model of the patient's hip joint, and design the personalized surgical plan. (2) Designed and printed PSI and components, designed corresponding surgical instruments, fixed and optimized surgical plans in the form of surgical templates. (3) To explore and verify the clinical feasibility, effectiveness and practicability of AR assisted PAO based on 3D printing and PSI. 2. Secondary objective: To explore standardized and accurate surgical procedures and diagnosis and treatment plans for adult hip preservation surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有髋关节手术史；
2. 同时行股骨近端截骨手术；
3. 合并髋关节滑膜软骨瘤病；
4. 终末期髋关节骨关节炎(Tonnis分级为3级)；
5. 年龄<18岁或>50岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of hip surgery;
2. Simultaneous proximal femur osteotomy;
3. Synovial chondromatosis of the hip joint:
4. End-stage osteoarthritis of the hip (Tonnis grade 3);
5. Aged below 18 or >50.
