本项目依照前期酶-无定形金属有机骨架递送体系的细胞与动物实验结果，拟验证该体系在试剂检测人外周血中CTC方法的可行性与有效性，建立基于胞内代谢和酶催化进行CTC检测的基本流程。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to verify the feasibility of detecting CTCs in peripheral blood via enzyme catalysis, as well as establish a standard pipeline for CTCs detection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正参加其它临床试验的患者；
2. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者；
3. 合并其它肿瘤；
4. 患者出现严重并发症或死亡等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The one who is participating in other clinical trial;
2. The one who is considered not suitable for this study;
3. The one who is diagnosed with other types of cancer;
4. The one who has other complications.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病历记录采用纸质版记录表 实验结果采集使用计算机完成，由于样本量较少，数据将储存于本地计算机当中
