研究目的：

以肠粘膜屏障功能为切入点，比较两种喂养方式对机械通气重症患者肠道功能的影响，对间断喂养在患者中的应用提供一定的理论支持依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking the intestinal mucosal barrier function as the starting point, this paper compares the effects of two feeding methods on intestinal function in severe patients with mechanical ventilation, so as to provide some theoretical support for the application of intermittent feeding in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有上消化道手术史；
2. 消化道出血患者；
3. 肠缺血、肠梗阻,短肠综合征及腹腔隔室综合征；
4. 严重腹泻患者（>1000ml/24h）；
5. 正在接受肠内营养患者；
6. 严重休克患尚未纠正患者（去甲肾上腺素＞0.2μg/kg/min）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of upper gastrointestinal surgery;
2. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding;
3. Intestinal ischemia, intestinal obstruction, short bowel syndrome and abdominal compartment syndrome;
4. Patients with severe diarrhea (> 1000 ml/24h);
5. Patients receiving enteral nutrition;
6. Patients with severe shock that has not been corrected (norepinephrine > 0.2 μg/kg/min).
