Objectives of Study：

To explore the cognitive status of car T cell therapy in patients with recurrent and refractory hematological malignancies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因并发症或合并症所致言语、视力、听力等严重损害者；
2.治疗前患有严重的感染性疾病、病毒性疾病、自身免疫性疾病或糖尿病等其他疾病者；
3.有精神病史者；
4.治疗决策由家属决定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious impairment of speech, vision and hearing due to complications or complications;
2. Patients suffering from serious infectious diseases, viral diseases, autoimmune diseases or other diseases such as diabetes before treatment;
3. Patients with a history of mental illness;
4. Treatment decisions are made by the family.
