研究目的：

本研究的目的是评价神经肌肉电刺激慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期股四头肌的肺康复方法的有效性和安全性，包括肌肉功能、运动能力、肺功能、炎症指标、住院时间、抗生素使用时间、呼吸困难，以期为临床医师开展神经肌肉电刺激肺康复方法提供一定的临床指导理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to assess the effectiveness and safety of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the quadriceps femoris muscle in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease including muscle function, exercise capacity, lung function, inflammation factors, length of stay, antibiotic Using time,and dyspnoea, and to provide some clinical guidance theoretical guidance for clinicians.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

可能限制运动训练的合并症患者，神经肌肉疾病、起搏器植入以及无法理解调查问卷和无法合作患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Comorbidities that could limit exercise training, neuromuscular disease, pacemaker implantation, and being unable to understand the questionnaires and unable to cooparate.
