观察CT 引导下肺穿刺活检组织宏基因组新一代测序技术 (mNGS) 检测对肺部感染病原学诊断阳性率，探讨其临床病原学诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the positive rate of pulmonary infection diagnosis by metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in CT-guided lung puncture biopsy tissue, and to explore its clinical diagnostic value.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者不能耐受气管镜检查或 CT 引导下肺穿刺检查；
2.患者凝血功能较差，相关凝血功能和血常规的指标不符合入组标准或者呼吸道出现严重的出血症状等；
3.患者有急性心衰、重症哮喘或不稳定心绞痛等严重的基础疾病；
4.近期服用抗凝药、抗血小板药或活血化瘀药物等；
5.麻醉药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient could not tolerate tracheoscopy or CT-guided lung puncture;
2. The patient had poor coagulation function, the indexes related to coagulation function and blood routine did not meet the inclusion criteria, or the respiratory tract showed serious bleeding symptoms;
3. Patients with acute heart failure, severe asthma, unstable angina and other serious underlying diseases;
4. Recently taking anticoagulant drugs, antiplatelet drugs or drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis;
5. Allergies to narcotic drugs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据的采集：使用自行设计的调查问卷采集基线及随访数据。 （2）数据的录入与核查：建立epidata数据库，由两名经过培训的数据录入员独立进行数据录入，之后进行双录入核查。数据库不一致时，逐项核对原始记录表进行校对。 （3）数据的质量管理：定期抽查部分病例报告表，了解数据录入的质量，分析并处理数据录入中存在的问题。

(2) Data entry and verification: establish an EpiData database, which is independently entered by two trained data entry personnel, and then double entry verification.
