Objectives of Study: |
Using novel bioinformatics technology and 16S rRNA next-generation sequencing technology to study the differences in gut microbiota composition and function between people with fixed airflow obstruction asthma, reversible airflow obstruction asthma and healthy controls, and to explore gut microbiota distribution and clinical parameters Further attempts were made to explore the gut microbiota signatures that have the potential to be relevant biomarkers for fixed airflow obstruction asthma with the help of novel machine learning algorithms. |
