研究目的：

采用新型生物信息学技术和16S rRNA二代测序技术研究固定气流阻塞哮喘、可逆气流阻塞哮喘人群与健康对照人群之间肠道微生物群组成和功能差异，并探讨肠道微生物群分布与临床参数之间的相关性，进一步尝试借助新型机器学习算法挖掘有潜力成为固定气流阻塞哮喘的相关生物标志物的肠道微生物群特征。  

Objectives of Study：

Using novel bioinformatics technology and 16S rRNA next-generation sequencing technology to study the differences in gut microbiota composition and function between people with fixed airflow obstruction asthma, reversible airflow obstruction asthma and healthy controls, and to explore gut microbiota distribution and clinical parameters Further attempts were made to explore the gut microbiota signatures that have the potential to be relevant biomarkers for fixed airflow obstruction asthma with the help of novel machine learning algorithms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

固定气流阻塞哮喘组、可逆气流阻塞哮喘组的排除标准：
1.合并肺炎、肺间质纤维化、活动性肺结核、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停-低通气综合征等其他呼吸系统相关疾病，既往有肺部手术史；
2.伴有以下疾病或状况者：有严重的、进行性的或未控制的心血管、肝、肾、造血系统及神经系统疾患；恶性肿瘤；或存在免疫功能抑制(包括应用免疫抑制剂或HIV感染等致免疫功能低下)；
3.伴有严重胃肠道疾病（如炎症性肠病[IBD]或肠易激综合征[IBS]），近3周出现严重腹泻（水样便3次以上并持续3天以上）和便秘（每周排便小于2次并伴有排便困难）；
4.近4周内系统应用抗生素、全身性糖皮质激素（包括口服，静脉注射[IV]或肌内[IM]等）、微生态制剂或中药；
5.过度肥胖（BMI＞28.0kg/m2），妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
6.依从性差，不能配合临床观察和标本采集。
健康对照组的排除标准：
1.患有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、肝肾功能衰竭、神经系统疾病、精神类疾病、恶性肿瘤等；或存在免疫功能抑制(包括应用免疫抑制剂或HIV感染等致免疫功能低下)；
2.伴有严重胃肠道疾病（如炎症性肠病[IBD]或肠易激综合征[IBS]），近3周出现严重腹泻（水样便3次以上并持续3天以上）和便秘（每周排便小于2次并伴有排便困难）；
3.近4周内系统应用抗生素、全身性糖皮质激素（包括口服，静脉注射[IV]或肌内[IM]等）、微生态制剂或中药；
4.过度肥胖（BMI＞28.0kg/m2），妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
5.依从性差，不能配合临床观察和标本采集。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for fixed airflow obstruction asthma group and reversible airflow obstruction asthma group:
1. Complicated with pneumonia, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and other respiratory system related diseases, with a previous history of pulmonary surgery;
2. Accompanied by the following diseases or conditions: serious, progressive or uncontrolled diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and nervous system; Malignant tumor; Or immunosuppression (including immunosuppression or HIV infection);
3. Accompanied with severe gastrointestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease [IBD] or irritable bowel syndrome [IBS]), severe diarrhea (more than 3 watery stools lasting for more than 3 days) and constipation (less than 2 stools per week with difficulty in defecation) in the last 3 weeks;
4. Systemic application of antibiotics, systemic glucocorticoids (including oral, intravenous [IV] or intramuscular [IM]), microecological agents or traditional Chinese medicine in the last 4 weeks;
5. Overweight (BMI>28.0kg/m2), pregnant and lactating women;
6. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with clinical observation and specimen collection.
Exclusion criteria for healthy control group:
1. Suffering from hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, liver and kidney failure, nervous system disease, mental disease, malignant tumor, etc; Or immunosuppression (including immunosuppression or HIV infection);
2. Accompanied with severe gastrointestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease [IBD] or irritable bowel syndrome [IBS]), severe diarrhea (more than 3 watery stools lasting for more than 3 days) and constipation (less than 2 stools per week with difficulty in defecation) in the last 3 weeks;
3. Systemic application of antibiotics, systemic glucocorticoids (including oral, intravenous [IV] or intramuscular [IM]), microecological agents or traditional Chinese medicine in the last 4 weeks;
4. Overweight (BMI>28.0kg/m2), pregnant and lactating women;
