本研究开发的“心主血脉”可视化MR系统,是利用影像学数据,以四诊客观化为基础,通过对100例心功能正常的纳入对象数据资料进行研究,利用MR技术搭建虚拟世界和真实世界之间的交互式反馈回路,将“藏”的“象”转化为客观化的数据,使“藏-象”的作用机制达到可视化,其机理为构建内在的“心-颈动脉+桡动脉-舌面四诊”的交互反馈回路互动系统,以此形成“心主血脉”可视化MR系统,可视化地再现藏象生理功能的整体互动系统。并通过随机双盲对照研究,对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的模型进行构建,并与实际的诊断进行对照,验证该模型病理模型的可视化,探讨可视化MR模型在心脏病诊断中的意义。  

Objectives of Study:

The "heart dominates blood" visual MR system developed in this study uses imaging data, based on the objectification of four diagnosis, studies the data of 100 included objects with normal cardiac function, uses MR technology to build an interactive feedback loop between the virtual world and the real world, and transforms the "image" of "Tibet" into objective data, so as to visualize the action mechanism of "Tibet image", The mechanism is to build an internal interactive feedback loop interactive system of "heart carotid artery + radial artery tongue four diagnosis", so as to form a visual MR system of "heart dominating blood vessels" and visually reproduce the overall interactive system of the physiological function of Tibetan images. Through a randomized double-blind controlled study, the model of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was constructed and compared with the actual diagnosis to verify the visualization of the pathological model of the model and explore the significance of visual Mr model in the diagnosis of heart disease.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 健康人群排除标准:
(1)精神异常不能表达自身感受;
(2)辅助检查有心、肝、肾、肺存在严重损害,患有肿瘤、其他自身免疫系统疾病、乙型肝炎;
(3)入组前1个月,有持续7天以上熬夜史;
(4)不愿意按照方案进行研究或不能坚持研究者。
2. 病例组排除标准:
(1)精神异常不能表达自身感受者;
(2)排除冠状动脉支架植入术后患者,2型糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、严重心功能不全(EF<35%),高血压患者及其他严重神经精神类疾病患者;
(3)入组前1个月,有持续7天以上熬夜史;
(4)不愿意按照方案进行研究或不能坚持研究者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Exclusion criteria for healthy people:
(1) Mental disorders can not express their feelings;
(2) The auxiliary examination showed serious damage to the heart, liver, kidney and lung, suffering from tumor, other autoimmune diseases and hepatitis B;
(3) One month before enrollment, he had a history of staying up late for more than 7 days;
(4) Unwilling to follow the protocol or unable to adhere to the research.
2. Exclusion criteria of case group:
(1) patients with mental disorders who cannot express their feelings;
(2) To exclude patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, severe cardiac insufficiency (EF < 35%), hypertensive patients and other severe neuropsychiatric patients after coronary stent implantation.
(3) One month before enrollment, he had a history of staying up late for more than 7 days;
(4) Unwilling to follow the protocol or unable to adhere to the research.
