研究目的: |
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及多器官多系统的自身免疫性疾病,中医药治疗本病疗效确切,辨证论治是中医药治疗的核心,目前SLE中医证候研究多采用经验辨证等主观性较强的方法,很难客观反映其证候的特征。近年来,机器学习算法和机器视觉等人工智能技术的快速发展,为中医证候学客观化、规范化研究提供了新的契机。机器学习具有善于构建复杂非线性系统的优势,极端梯度提升算法(XGBoost)是一种高效、准确的机器学习算法,可以精准评估各变量(症)在分类中的贡献度。其符合中医思维,与SLE中医辨证具有很好的契合度。本研究将XGBoost和传统常规算法进行交叉验证,评估XGBoost构建SLE证候诊断模型的可行性;纳入中医证型相关的四诊资料及机器视觉微观指标建立SLE数据库,运用XGBoost构建SLE证候诊断模型,并验证其准确性。为SLE证候研究提供方法学指导,为中医网络诊疗模块及评价系统的研究奠定基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease involving multiple organs and multiple systems. Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect onthe treatment of this disease. Syndrome differentiation is the core of TCM treatment. At present, the research on SLE TCM syndromes mostly adopts subjectivity such as empirical differentiation. Stronger methods are difficult to objectively reflect the characteristics of the syndrome. In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning algorithms and machine vision has provided new opportunities for the objective and standardized research of TCM syndromes. Machine learning has the advantage of being good at constructing complex nonlinear systems. The extreme gradient boosting algorithm (XGBoost) is an efficient and accurate machine learning algorithm that can accurately assess the contribution of each variable (symptom) in classification. It conforms to the thinking of Chinese medicine, and has a good fit with SLE TCM syndrome differentiation. In this study, XGBoost and traditional conventional algorithms were cross-validated to evaluate the feasibility of XGBoost's construction of SLE syndrome diagnosis model; the four-diagnosis data related to TCM syndrome types and machine vision micro-indexes were included to establish SLE database, and XGBoost was used to construct SLE syndrome diagnosis model , And verify its accuracy. Provide methodological guidance for SLE syndrome research, and lay the foundation for the research of TCM network diagnosis and treatment module and evaluation system. |
