研究目的：

高原世居者是世代居住于高原地区的人群，相比于高原移居者，高原世居者体现出更好的睡眠质量和睡眠习惯。所以本研究拟从遗传学水平解析这种高原适应性差异的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

The plateau residents are the people who have lived in the plateau area for generations. Compared with the plateau migrants, the plateau residents show better sleep quality and sleep habit. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the reasons for the difference in altitude adaptability from the genetic level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤患者，心、脑、肝、肾以及造血系统等严重疾病者；
2.前3个月内因任何原因连续使用安眠药超过10天；
3.夜班工作者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期的女性；
5.OSA（阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停）确诊者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumor, heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases;
2. Continuous use of sleeping pills for more than 10 days for any reason within the first 3 months;
3. Night shift workers;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) diagnosed.
