研究目的：

主要研究目的： 1. 整合各参与研究医院的患者临床信息并将其纳入到一个统一规范化的数据库中，促进对于特定疾病类型患者的认识，促进病人的院内诊疗和管理。 2. 采用深度学习技术分析ICU内患者的临床数据以及CT图像数据，建立ARDS发病风险及严重程度预测模型和评估工具。 3. 建立一个可供临床医师使用的针对ARDS早期诊断和严重程度分析预测的应用软件，为实际临床决策提供一个快速便捷的参考。

Objectives of Study：

Main research purposes: 1. Integrate the clinical information of patients in participating hospitals and incorporate it into a unified and standardized database, promote the understanding of patients with specific disease types, and facilitate in-hospital diagnosis and management of patients. 2. Use deep learning technology to analyze the clinical data and CT image data of patients in the ICU, and establish ARDS risk and severity prediction models and assessment tools. 3. Establish an application software for early diagnosis and severity analysis and prediction of ARDS that can be used by clinicians to provide a quick and convenient reference for actual clinical decision-making.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 年龄小于18周岁；
2. ICU 住院时长小于24小时；
3. 患者已经参与其他临床研究；
4. 患者或其家属拒绝参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The age is less than 18 years old;
2. The length of stay in the ICU is less than 24 hours;
3. The patient has participated in other clinical studies;
4. The patient or his family refuses to participate.
