研究目的：

1.运用多学科研究方法与手段，验证慢性失眠障碍患者脑功能网络的拓扑属性特异性存在，探讨慢性失眠障碍患者脑网络变化特征，明确背外侧前额叶区在此病理过程中的变化与作用。 2.揭示电针慢性失眠障碍疗效脑网络机制，寻求与临床评价相结合的电针疗效机制的客观、可视化指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use multidisciplinary research methods and means to verify the specific existence of topological attributes of brain functional network in patients with chronic insomnia disorder, explore the changing characteristics of brain network in patients with chronic insomnia disorder, and identify the changes and effects of dorsolateral prefrontal region in this pathological process. 2. To reveal the brain network mechanism of the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on chronic insomnia disorder, and to seek objective and visual indicators of the therapeutic mechanism of electroacupuncture combined with clinical evaluation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有抑郁症及焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾患；
2.有自杀倾向患者；
3.有其他系统的严重疾病需要治疗者；
4.睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
5.针刺穴位处有皮肤破损、过敏等皮肤相关疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders;
2. Patients with suicidal tendencies;
3. Those who have serious diseases of other systems that need treatment;
4. Sleep apnea syndrome;
5. There are skin damage, allergy and other skin-related diseases at the acupuncture point.
