研究目的：

我们的研究目的是整合正常与病变组织在单细胞和空间水平上的RNA、蛋白以及临床病理上的差异，找到与疾病相关的细胞类型或确定某个信号通路作为潜在靶标，根据单细胞转录组分析指导靶向用药，实现内科药物治疗代替外科手术治疗，减轻病人的痛苦，降低治疗成本和复发率，获得较好的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of our research is to integrate the RNA, protein and clinicopathological differences between normal and diseased tissues at the single-cell and spatial levels, find the cell type related to the disease or determine a signal pathway as a potential target, guide the targeted drug use according to the single-cell transcriptome analysis, realize the medical drug treatment instead of surgical treatment, reduce the pain of patients, reduce the treatment cost and recurrence rate, and obtain a better prognosis.
