研究目的：

1.了解我国围产期妇女对待围产特殊时期的态度及需求。 2.形成适合我国文化背景的基于VR技术的围产期心理干预转化应用模式。 3.将模式进行临床验证，探讨其在缓解围产期妇女焦虑情绪及在分娩镇痛中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the attitudes and needs of Chinese perinatal women towards the special perinatal period. 2. To form a conversion and application model of perinatal psychological intervention based on VR technology suitable for Chinese cultural background. 3. The model will be clinically verified to explore its application effect in relieving anxiety of perinatal women and analgesia during labor.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.过去或正在参加其他临床研究、心理干预者。
2.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病。
3.研究者认为其他原因不适合参与该研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past or current participants in other clinical studies and psychological interventions.
2. Have a history of mental illness or mental disorders.
3. The researchers did not consider other reasons to participate in the study.
