研究目的：

探讨理性情绪行为疗法对体外受精-胚胎移植术后早期先兆流产患者情绪困扰的干预效果以及对患者睡眠质量、生育生活质量、早期流产率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the intervention effect of rational emotive behavior therapy on emotional distress in patients with early threatened abortion after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, as well as the effects on sleep quality, reproductive quality of life and early abortion rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.宫外孕患者；
2.患有严重躯体或慢性疾病的患者，例如严重的心、脑或肾疾病、严重精神障碍；
3.近2个月使用抗抑郁的药物；
4.除宫颈及其它原因引起的阴道流血；
5.近期家庭发生重大事故者(如亲人离世)；
6.目前或之前参加其他心理疗法治疗者；
7.生殖系统或内分泌系统严重器质性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ectopic pregnancy;
2. Patients suffering from serious physical or chronic diseases, such as serious heart, brain or kidney diseases, serious mental disorders;
3. Used antidepressant drugs in the last 2 months;
4. Vaginal bleeding except cervix and other causes;
5. Those who have had a serious family accident recently (such as the death of a loved one);
6. Current or previous participants in other psychotherapy;
7. Serious organic diseases of the reproductive system or endocrine system.
