研究目的：

重复外周磁刺激对非特异颈腰痛的快速缓解作用及其脑网络机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Instant pain-relief effects of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation on nonspecific neck and low back pain and its underlying brain network mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.通过压力计重复按压疼痛部位肌肉测得疼痛阈值； 2.休息30s，给予疼痛侧肌肉5次按压，每次持续5s，间隔15s； 3.休息30s，开始给予rPMS/假刺激治疗； 4.重复步骤1，再次检测疼痛阈值； 5.重复步骤3； 在以上过程中使用便携式近红外设备检测脑功能变化。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1.The pain threshold was measured by repeatedly pressing the muscle at the pain site with a pressure gauge; 2.Rest for 30s, then press the muscles on the painful site for 5 times, each lasting for 5S, with an interval of 15s. 3.Rest for 30s, then start rPMS/Sham stimulations; 4.Repeat step 1 to detect the pain threshold again; 5.Repeat step 3; In the above process, portable near infrared equipment was used to detect the changes of brain function. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. rPMS 治疗禁忌证（妊娠、癫痫、起搏器、颈腰部金属物植入、活动性恶性肿瘤）； 2. 目前正在使用镇痛药物； 3. 精神疾病病史； 4. 由于身体其他原因引起的急性疼痛； 5. 既往接受过 rPMS 治疗； 6. 经影像学诊断具有颈腰椎间盘突出、脊髓病、颈腰椎骨折或颈腰椎手术史； 7.左利手患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for rPMS treatment (pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker, cervical and lumbar metal implant, active malignant tumors); 2. Currently using analgesic drugs; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Acute pain caused by other physical reasons; 5. Previously received rPMS treatment; 6. Diagnosed by imaging with cervical and lumbar disc herniation, spinal cord disease, cervical and lumbar fractures, or a history of cervical and lumbar surgery; 7. Leftist patients.
