研究目的：

本研究旨在探究应用完整骨膜和块状骨代用品行种植同期水平骨增量的效果。研究假设种植体颊侧不同深度骨缺损会影响种植同期水平骨增量效果，从而探究该术式的临床效果及适应证，为临床提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of horizontal bone augmentation using intact periosteum and block bone substitute. The study hypothesized that different depths of bone defects on the buccal side of the implants would affect the effect of horizontal bone augmentation with simultaneous implant, so as to explore the clinical effect and indications of this technique, and provide clinical reference.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 目前或曾经患有严重的系统性疾病；
2. 长期接受甾体类抗炎药物治疗；
3. 妊娠或哺乳期；
4. 重度吸烟（超过10支/天）、酗酒、药物滥用者；
5. 口腔卫生差；
6. 无法完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with current or past serious systemic diseases;
2. patients who have received steroids anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time;
3. Pregnancy or lactation;
4. Patients with severe smoking (more than 10 cigarettes/day), alcoholism and drug abuse;
5. Patients with poor oral hygiene;
6. Patients unable to complete follow-up.
