Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of grononium bromide on hemodynamics during tonsil and adenoid excision in children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

拒绝参与本实验；存在严重的上呼吸道感染（如有脓性分泌物，有痰的咳嗽，体温>38°，嗜睡或有肺部累及的征象）；处于哮喘急性发作期；术前血常规和血生化指标异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Refuse to participate in this experiment;Presence of severe upper respiratory tract infection (e.g. purulent secretions, cough with sputum, temperature >38°, lethargy or signs of lung involvement);In the acute attack of asthma;Abnormal preoperative blood routine and biochemical indexes.
