研究目的：

1. 观察体外冲击波治疗脑卒中患者屈肘肌群痉挛的疗效 2. 探究超声评估肌肉痉挛的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave on flexor elbow spasm in stroke patients 2. Explore the feasibility of ultrasound in assessing muscle spasm

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患侧上肢有肘关节手术史；
2.运动障碍或直接影响运动功能的疾病如类风湿关节炎、关节畸形和脊髓损伤；
3.近 3 个月接受了肉毒杆菌、酒精或苯酚阻断治疗；
4.患侧上肢伸肘肌 MAS 评分 1 级以上痉挛；
5.严重高血压、心绞痛、肺部感染、肾功能衰竭或严重的糖尿病(复杂与坏疽、肾损伤、视网膜病和其他并发症)；
6.癫痫病史；
7.严重精神障碍；
8.恶性肿瘤；
9.患侧上肢肢体静脉血栓。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The affected upper limb has a history of elbow joint surgery;
2. Sports disorders or diseases that directly affect motor function, such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity and spinal cord injury;
3. In recent 3 months, he received Botox, alcohol or phenol blocking treatment;
4. Spasm of the affected upper limb extensor elbow muscle with MAS score above grade 1;
5. Severe hypertension, angina pectoris, pulmonary infection, renal failure or severe diabetes (complex and gangrene, renal injury, retinopathy and other complications);
6. Epilepsy history;
7. Serious mental disorder;
8. Malignant tumor;
9. Venous thrombosis of affected upper limb.
