研究目的:

1.针对现有临床对牙周软组织评价方法效率低下的临床问题,利用彩色口内扫描仪、CBCT设备及三维逆向处理软件建立牙周软组织的全数字化评价流程; 2.突破牙龈软组织智能分析和三维形态自动评价的关键技术问题,基于图像分割和卷积神经网络等人工智能开发智能评估系统,实现牙齿、牙龈组织的自动分割及牙龈软组织评价的智能化; 3.利用卷积神经网络等实现牙龈软组织数字化评价流程的自动化和智能化,为牙龈软组织定量评价提供支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Aiming at the low efficiency of the existing clinical evaluation methods of periodontal soft tissue, a full digital evaluation process of periodontal soft tissue was established by using a color intraoral scanner, CBCT and three-dimensional reverse processing software; 2. Breaking through the key technical problems of intelligent analysis and automatic three-dimensional morphology evaluation of gingival soft tissue, developing an intelligent evaluation system based on artificial intelligence such as image segmentation and convolutional neural network to realize automatic segmentation of teeth and gingival tissue and intelligent evaluation of gingival soft tissue; 3. Using convolutional neural network to realize the automation and intelligence of the digital evaluation process of gingival soft tissue, so as to provide support for the quantitative evaluation of gingival soft tissue.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.牙面及牙龈有明显色素沉着;
2.上唇系带附丽过低;
3.正畸治疗中;
4.颞下颌关节疾病;
5.严重的系统性疾病精神疾病或帕金森患者生活不能自理者;
6.开口度异常。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Obvious pigmentation of the tooth surface and gums;
2. The attachment of upper lip frenulum is too low;
3. Orthodontic treatment;
4. Temporomandibular joint disease;
5. Patients with serious systemic diseases, mental diseases or Parkinson's disease who cannot take care of themselves;
6. Abnormal opening.
