研究目的：

本研究通过观察低频电刺激对妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛的效果影响，以寻求一种加快缓解妇科腹腔镜患者术后肩痛的简便、有效、临床容易开展的康复护理措施，为妇科腹腔镜术后患者护理措施提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

This study observed the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation on postoperative shoulder pain, in order to seek a simple, effective and clinical rehabilitation nursing measure to accelerate the relief of postoperative shoulder pain, and provide reference for patient nursing measures after gynecological laparoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在其他诱发肩痛的病史，如肩关节结核、外伤等；
2. 治疗部位有破损、溃疡或感染；
3. 高热、昏迷、处于急性感染期；
4. 有电刺激治疗禁忌症，如心脏支架、心脏起搏器等医用刺激器；
5. 伴有认知、沟通或精神障碍者；
6. 手术中出现严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient had a history of other induced shoulder pain, such as shoulder tuberculosis trauma;
2. Broken ulcer or infection occurred at the treatment site;
3. The patient has a high fever coma or is in the acute infection phase;
4. Patients have contraindications to electrical stimulation treatment, such as heart stent pacemaker and other medical stimulators;
5. Patients with cognitive communication or mental disorders;
6. Serious complications occurred during the surgery.

干预措施：	术后12、24、36、48、72小时采用两组粘性电极片，电极片放置在肩部疼痛明显部位，治疗量根据患者承受力以微量电流对皮肤进行温和的刺激，使病人有肌肉颤动的感觉，观察并记录两组患者肩痛的持续时间与程度。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	At 12,24,36,48 and 72 hours after the operation, two groups of sticky electrodes were placed in the area of obvious shoulder pain. The treatment amount gently stimulated the skin according to the patient with trace current, so that the patient felt muscle fibrillation.	Intervention code：
