Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and imaging were used to investigate the pathogenesis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其它恶性肿瘤或曾接受过颈部手术或有颈部放射史；
2.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
3.凝血功能障碍、严重心肺疾病或其他无法耐受手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with other malignant tumors or had received neck surgery or had a history of neck radiation;
2. Pregnant and lactating patients;
3. Patients with coagulopathy, serious cardiopulmonary disease or other patients who cannot tolerate surgical treatment.
