研究目的：

证明同轴技术引导下穿刺，相对于传统的穿刺方法，穿刺更为简便，失败率更低，穿刺时间也有所缩短，且能够根据椎间盘突出的特定类型设计好穿刺的角度进行穿刺。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with traditional anteroposterior lateral fluoroscopy guided puncture technique, the puncture guided by coaxial technology is more convenient, with lower failure rate, shorter puncture time, and can be punctured with specific lateral or cranial angulation according to the specific type of disc herniation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.言语沟通障碍；
2.精神障碍；
3.采用经椎板间隙入路椎间孔镜患者；
4.研究者认为不宜纳入本实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Verbal communication disorders;
2.Mental disorders;
3.surgery performed with transinterlaminar approach;
4.The researcher thinks it is not suitable to be included in this experiment.

Participants will be assigned to the Experimental Group or the Control Group based on their dates of birth. Patients whose date of birth are odd numbers will be assigned to the experimental group, patients whose date of birth are even numbers will be assigned to the Control Group.

患者被随机分为两组。只有负责病人资料登记的医生和治疗医生知道患者的分组。随访护士和数据统计的医生均不知道病人分组。

Blinding：

One researcher who is blind to the allocation will be assigned to do the outcome evaluation work. Another researcher will perform the data processing and statistical analysis work. The allocation form will be revealed after the statistical analysis work is finished.
