研究目的：

在择期全身麻醉下进行非心脏大手术的老年患者中，以局部脑氧饱和度为导向的血流动力学管理策略是否会影响术后主要并发症发生率以及术后30天的临床结局。

Objectives of Study：

In elderly patients undergoing major non-cardiac surgery under elective general anesthesia, whether regional cerebral oxygen saturation-guided hemodynamic management strategies will affect the incidence of major postoperative complications and clinical outcomes at 30 days postoperatively.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.腰麻和/或硬膜外麻醉； 3.严重未经治疗或未经控制的高血压，尽管有药物治疗，但收缩压（SBP）≥180 mm Hg或舒张压（DBP）≥110 mm Hg ； 4.术前存在急性心血管事件，包括急性或失代偿性心力衰竭和急性冠状动脉综合征； 5.脑血管病或脑血管意外急性期； 6.肝功能不全（Child-Pugh分级≥B）； 7.慢性肾病伴肌酐≥200μmol/L或终末期肾病需要肾脏替代治疗； 8.术前败血症； 9.拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. Spinal and/or epidural anesthesia; 3. Severe untreated or uncontrolled hypertension with systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 180 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 110 mm Hg despite medication; 4. Preoperative acute cardiovascular events, including acute or decompensated heart failure and acute coronary syndrome; 5. Acute phase of cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular accident; 6. Liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade >= B); 7. Chronic kidney disease with creatinine >= 200μmol/L or end-stage renal disease requiring renal replacement therapy; 8. Preoperative sepsis; 9. Refuse to participate.
