研究目的：

1. 通过吞咽造影检查（VFSS）、表面肌电图（sEMG）等方式将治疗前后患者吞咽功能进行量化，丰富吞咽障碍康复治疗方案的内容，为临床应用提助更确切的指导方案； 2. 通过对治疗方案的调整，预期能够提高患者疗效和医疗资源利用率，缩短患者的住院周期，减少患者的住院期间费用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Quantify the swallowing function of patients before and after treatment by means of video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) and surface electromyography (sEMG), enrich the content of rehabilitation treatment plan for dysphagia, and provide more accurate guidance plan for clinical application; 2. Through the adjustment of the treatment plan, it is expected to improve the curative effect of patients and the utilization rate of medical resources, shorten the hospitalization cycle of patients and reduce the cost of patients during hospitalization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 卒中前已有吞咽困难；
2. 有严重的肝、肾、血液系统或内分泌系统疾病；
3. 有其他可能损害吞咽功能的疾病（如头颈部肿瘤、食道肿瘤、重症肌无力等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dysphagia before stroke;
2. Serious diseases of liver, kidney, blood system or endocrine system;
3. There are other diseases that may damage swallowing function (such as head and neck tumors, esophageal tumors, myasthenia gravis, etc.).
