研究目的：

1. 明确经优选的经颅电磁同步刺激调控方案； 2. 明确经颅电磁同步刺激调控颞叶癫痫患者癫痫网络核心节点的临床疗效和脑网络重构模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the optimal protocol of transcranial electromagnetic stimulation. 2. To determine the clinical effect and brain network remodeling pattern after transcranial electromagnetic stimulation in temporal lobe epilepsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 经颅电磁同步刺激调控优选方案确定：
（1）怀孕；
（2）金属植入物。
2. 经颅电磁同步刺激治疗临床效果探索：
（1）合并心因性非痫性发作；
（2）癫痫持续状态；
（3）体内埋置金属、既往颅内手术史；
（4）妊娠期女性；
（5）合并除癫痫疾病外的其他严重神经精神疾病或其他躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. To determine the optimal protocol of transcranial electromagnetic synchronous stimulation:
(1) Pregnancy;
(2) Metal implantation.
2. Exploration of clinical effects of treatment with transcranial electromagnetic stimulation:
(1) Psychogenic nonepileptic seizure;
(2) Status epilepticus;
(3) Metal implantation or prior brain surgery;
(4) Pregnancy;
(5) Severe neuropsychic or other diseases other than epilepsy.
