研究目的：

1.右美托咪定对硬膜外罗哌卡因运动阻滞的EC50的影响； 2.不同剂量右美托咪定对硬膜外罗哌卡因运动阻滞的EC50的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of dexmedetomidine on the EC50 of epidural ropivacaine motor block; 2. The effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine on the EC50 of epidural ropivacaine motor block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有脊柱手术史、脊柱畸形者；
2.心动过缓（心率＜55次/分）；
3.对右美托咪定注射液和麻醉药过敏者；
4.椎管内麻醉禁忌者；
5.长期使用镇痛、镇静药、抑郁药物以及肾上腺素受体拮抗剂及激动剂者；
6.心肝肾功能不全者；
7.下肢运动、听力功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of spinal surgery or spinal deformity;
2. Bradycardia (heart rate < 55 beats/min);
3. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine injection and anesthetics;
4. Those who are contraindicated in spinal anesthesia;
5. Long-term use Analgesics, sedatives, depressants, adrenergic receptor antagonists and agonists;
6. Patients with insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney function;
7. Patients with lower extremity motor and hearing dysfunction.

本实验拟采用完全随机设计方法，将每个组的编号都写在一张卡片上，并将卡片密封于不透光的信封里。患者进入手术室时护士随机抽取一个信封，根据抽出的卡片来给患者分组。

This experiment plans to adopt a completely random design method, write the number of each group on a card, and seal the card in an opaque envelope. When the patient enters the operating room, the nurse randomly draws an envelope and groups the patients according to the cards drawn.
