研究目的：

探究吸烟/咀嚼槟榔与OLK异常增生程度及癌变风险的关系，以期获得OLK中出现高级别异常增生和癌变的高风险人群亚组，为进一步制定OLK患者的防治措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association between smoking/betel nut chewing and the dysplasia degree as well as malignant transformation risk of OLK, in order to obtain the high risk population subgroup of high grade dysplasia and malignant transformation in OLK, and provide basis for further development of prevention and treatment measures for OLK patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.首次活检即癌变的患者；
2.随访时间少于1年的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cancer on the first biopsy;
2. Patients with less than 1 year of follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

对2015-2021年间就诊于华西口腔医院口腔黏膜病科的患者，通过电子病历系统提取患者的临床病理信息、随访情况及病情变化等信息，通过进一步的统计分析，探讨吸烟槟榔暴露与非暴露亚组OLK患者异常增生程度及癌变的风险因素。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Clinical pathological information, follow-up and illness changes of patients who visited the Department of Oral Mucosal, West China School/Hospital of Stomatology Sichuan University from 2015 to 2021 were extracted through electronic medical record system, and further statistical analysis was conducted to investigate the risk factors of dysplasia and carcinogenesis in OLK patients exposed to smoking/betel nut and not exposed to.
