研究目的：

本研究旨在探索一种全新的角膜屈光手术方式，将特定屈光度的胶原角膜透镜置于角膜内，重构角膜屈光系统，矫正近视、远视及散光，此种手术方式完全避免了目前主流的角膜激光手术需切削角膜导致的相关并发症。本研究拟通过临床试验验证手术的有效性、安全性、可逆性，术后视觉质量以及长期并发症，为广泛开展临床治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore a new method of corneal refractive surgery, in which a specific refractive lens of collagen cornea is placed in the cornea to reconstruct the corneal refractive system and correct myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. This surgical method completely avoids the corneal complications caused by cutting in the current mainstream laser corneal surgery. This study intends to verisfy the effectiveness, safety, reversibility, postoperative visual quality and long-term complications of surgery through clinical trials, so as to provide theoretical basis for extensive clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在角膜疾患；
2. 合并青光眼，眼底病变、严重干眼症的患者；
3. 有严重系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with corneal disorders;
2. Patients with glaucoma, fundus lesions, and severe dry eye disease;
3. Patients with serious systemic diseases.
