研究目的：

1.明确脑卒中运动障碍脑功能、运动神经功能变化特征和临床意义。 2.观察眼针带针运动疗法对脑卒中运动障碍患者脑功能、运动神经功能、运动障碍程度变化情况的影响，并通过影像数据与神经电生理、临床评价指标的关联分析，挖掘带针运动疗法对脑卒中后运动障碍的中枢-外周联控机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the changing characteristics and clinical significance of brain function and motor nerve function in stroke motor disorder. 2. To observe the effects of eye acupuncture and movement therapy on brain function, motor nerve function and movement disorder degree in stroke patients with movement disorder, and to explore the central-peripheral joint control mechanism of eye acupuncture and movement therapy on stroke patients with movement disorder through the correlation analysis of image data, neuroelectrophysiological and clinical evaluation indicators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他疾病、原因导致的运动障碍者，如帕金森病、帕金森综合征、进行性核上性麻痹、肝豆状核变性、特发性震颤、多系统萎缩、舞蹈症、投掷症、肌阵挛、肌张力障碍、抽动症等；
2.有严重疾病，无法配合治疗者，如不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病并发症控制欠佳，或有癫痫、重要脏器功能严重衰竭以及脑卒中二次发作等；
3.生命体征不稳定者；
4.易合并感染及出血者、肿瘤、孕妇、术后功能障碍患者；
5.治疗期间接受除针刺、杵针外其他传统中医康复疗法干预者；
6.有语言、认知障碍等不能明白指令进行沟通、配合者；
7.既往有精神疾病或长期使用镇静剂者；
8.合并其他疾病判定不能进行运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Movement disorders due to other diseases and causes, such as Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, progressive supranuclear palsy, hepatolenticular degeneration, essential tremor, multiple system atrophy, chorea, throwing disorder, myoclonus, dystonia, tic disorder, etc.;
2. Patients with serious diseases that cannot be treated, such as uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, poor control of diabetes complications, epilepsy, severe failure of vital organ functions, and secondary stroke;
3. Patients with unstable vital signs;
4. Patients prone to infection and bleeding, tumors, pregnant women, and patients with postoperative dysfunction;
5. Those who received other traditional Chinese rehabilitation therapy intervention except acupuncture and clubbing during treatment;
6. Those who have language or cognitive impairment and cannot understand the instructions for communication and cooperation;
7. Previous mental illness or long-term use of sedatives;
8. Patients who cannot exercise due to other diseases.
