研究目的：

1.评价沙利度胺治疗轻型阿弗他溃疡不同剂量、疗程与疗效、不良反应; 2.探索沙利度胺治疗轻型阿弗他溃疡的最小与最优疗法。

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess different dosage, course, effect and adverse reaction of thalidomide administration in the prevention and treatment in minor aphthous ulcer; 2. To explore the minimal and optimal regimen of thalidomide in in minor aphthous ulcer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

沙利度胺（α-N-酞酰亚胺基戊二酰胺）

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Thalidomide（α-N-phthal-imidoglutarimide)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 育龄期女性，半年内有生育计划的男性；
2. 患有较严重的系统性疾病、肿瘤患者；
3. 对本研究药物过敏者或过敏体质者；
4.嗜酒者、吸烟者；药物滥用者；
5. 24小时内使用镇痛药，1 月内使用抗生素、消炎药，3月内全身使用糖皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂者；受试者目前及筛选前服用过沙利度胺药物；
6. 患有其他已确定的口腔黏膜疾病者；牙周炎患者；
7. 自身免疫性疾病、消化性溃疡、贫血、克罗恩病、急性感染性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women of childbearing age or men want to have a baby in six months;
2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, tumors or mental disorder;
3. Allergic to related drugs;
4. Alcoholist, smokers or drug abuser;
5. Patients who used analgesic in 24 hours, antibiotics or NSAIDS in 1 month, steroids or immune inhibitors in 3 months and thalidomide at present or in the past;
6. Any other oral mucosa disease; gingivitis;
7. Autoimmune diseases, peptic ulcer, anemia, Crohns disease, acute infectious diseases.
