研究目的：

探讨糖尿病患者行周围神经阻滞的安全性，以及术前神经传导速度检测在预防无DPN症状的糖尿病患者发生周围神经阻滞后神经损伤的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety of peripheral nerve block in diabetic patients and the value of preoperative nerve conduction velocity in preventing nerve injury of peripheral nerve block in diabetic patients without DPN symptoms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①臂丛神经已有损伤的患者；
②有症状的DPN患者、1型糖尿病；
③穿刺部位感染者、凝血功能障碍者、局麻药过敏者、大量使用镇痛性麻醉药物的患者；
④周围神经阻滞失败者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient with brachial plexus injury;
2. The patient with DPN symptoms or type 1 diabetes;
3. The patient with puncture site infection,or coagulation dysfunction, or local anesthetics allergy, or abusing analgesic narcotic drugs;
4. The patients with unsuccessful peripheral nerve block.
