研究目的：

故本研究拟用最新小型佩戴式步态测定仪进行2型糖尿病人群的足底压力和步态分析，建立预测足病风险的足压等力学数据的诊断体系  

Objectives of Study：

this study employs the latest small gait tester for people with type 2 diabetes foot pressure and gait analysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

[1] 严重的足溃疡合并局部或全足坏疽；
[2] 合并糖尿病痛症酸中毒、高渗性昏迷等糖尿病急性并发症，或血糖严重失控（FPG>13.0mmol/L，HbA1c>15%)；
[3] 合并严重肝肾功能不全（ALT>正常高线的2.5倍以上、血肌酐>250umol/L或GFR<45ml/min/1.73m2)、心衰（纽约心脏病学会分级?3级）、有脑出血或脑梗死史且遗留肢体瘫痪、恶性肿瘤或精神类疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious foot ulcers merging partial or full foot gangrene;
(2) Patients withtype 1 diabetes mellitus or specific types of diabetes mellitus, acute complications of diabetes;
(3) renal dysfunction, heart failure and a history of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction and left hemiparesis, malignant tumor, or mental illness.
