在SREs模型基础上，深度挖掘纳入蛋白组学、功能磁共振的临床数据，根据SREs发生概率分层，构建预后判断模型和治疗决策模型，提供综合治疗决策支持，形成非小细胞肺癌骨转移综合治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect the data of clinical proteomics, functional magnetic resonance. Based on the SREs model, using mining data to build prognosis and treatment decision model, provide multi-modality treatment decision support, then shape multi-modality treatment of bone metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer.

随访内容书面记录、留档。必须所有研究记录保存在安全可靠的地方。自参加此项研究的受试者中收集和处理的个人数据将只限于为完成此项研究目的所必需的数据。在收集和使用这些数据时必须采用充分的预防措施来确保机密性并遵循隐私保护的法律和法规。必须采取适当的技术和组织上的措施，保护个人数据免于未经授权的泄露或访问、意外或非法销毁、或者意外丢失或变更。要求接触受试者个人数据的协作组工作人员保证研究受试者资料的保密性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Follow up the content of written records, stay files. All research records must be kept in a safe and reliable place. The personal data collected and processed by the participants who participated in the study will be limited to the necessary data for the purpose of completing the study. Adequate preventive measures must be used in the collection and use of these data to ensure confidentiality and privacy protection laws and regulations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures must be taken to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure or access, accidental or illegal destruction, or accidental loss or alteration. Participants in the collaborative group who asked to contact the participants' personal data to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
