本项目预计开展临床实验,验证中科大多模态影像国家重点实验室自行研发的近红外探针系统在协助医生术中便捷快速识别甲状旁腺的有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

The project is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the near-infrared detection probe system developed by the MBIT laboratory of the university of science and technology in China in assisting surgeons to quickly and easily identify parathyroid glands intraoperatively.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

项目施行对正常的手术流程不产生干预或者决策影响。医生使用近红外设备对疑似组织进行辅助检测。在检测之前,3个经验丰富的医生对组织是否为甲状旁腺打出信心分,信心等级为1至5,1代表极度不确定组织类型,5代表确认为甲状旁腺。设备测量的结果只做记录,不用于医生术中的判断。对于已经切除的离体组织,通过探针系统检测其自发荧光并通过术中冰冻切片确认其组织类型,用于分析不同类型组织的自发荧光差异,以用于组织的区分。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

The implementation of the project does not have any intervention or decision-making influence on the normal surgical process. Surgeons use near-infrared detection probes to assist in the detection of suspected tissue. Before detection, three experienced surgeons score a confidence level of whether the tissue is parathyroid on a scale of 1 to 5: a low score of 1 indicates uncertainty about the tissue type while a high score of 5 means tissue type is confirmed. The results measured by the system are only recorded and not impact the surgeon's intraoperative judgment. For the excised tissue, its autofluorescence is detected by the probe system and its tissue type is confirmed by frozen section, which is used to analyze the feasibility of tissue differentiation based on autofluorescence intensity.

排除标准:

1. 重复进行颈部手术的患者;
2. 术中手术因各种原因中断无法进行者;
3. 不能接收激光照射的皮肤病患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have repeated neck surgery;
2. Surgery cannot be performed due to various reasons;
3. Patients with skin diseases who cannot receive laser irradiation.
