研究目的：

比较急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统（APACHE）评分、序贯器官衰竭评分（SOFA）、序贯器官衰竭快速评分（qSOFA）、病人早期预警评分(NEWS)及乳酸相关参数对符合2016年诊断标准的脓毒症患者病死率预测准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the predictive accuracy of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) score, sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score, quick sequential organ failure assessment (qSOFA) score, patient early warning score (NEWS) and lactic acid related parameters in sepsis patients meeting the 2016 diagnostic criteria.

本研究回顾性选取2008至2019年间重症监护医疗信息数据库IV（MIMIC-IV）中收录的入住ICU的脓毒症患者作为研究对象。本研究中所有患者的资料均为匿名，相关数据在数据库原始资料收集时已通过伦理审查，免除知情同意。不采用随机分组方法。
