本研究拟通过其临床指标及龈下微生物群落进行分析，确认嵴顶下植入种植体以获得生物学宽度的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to analyze its clinical indicators and subgingival microbial community to confirm the feasibility of subcrest implant to obtain biological width.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、未经控制的牙周病；
2、6个月内曾使用抗生素、激素或免疫抑制剂；
3、妊娠或2年内计划妊娠妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled periodontal disease;
2. Used antibiotics, hormones or immunosuppressants within 6 months;
3. Patients who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant within 2 years.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对,保证录入的数据无误。原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the original data timely, completely, correctly and clearly. The corresponding database system is used for double entry, and then the database is compared twice to ensure that the data entered is correct. After the data entry and verification are completed according to the requirements, the original data shall be filed and preserved in the order of number, and the search Catalog shall be filled for reference.
