研究目的：

1. 探讨基于运动游戏的多组分运动干预方案的可行性； 2. 分析多组分运动训练对认知衰弱老年人躯体衰弱、认知功能、生活质量等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the feasibility of multicomponent exercise training combined with exergames; 2. To analyze the effects of multicomponent exercise training on physical frailty, cognitive function, and quality of life in older adults with cognitive frailty.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤，不能耐受运动训练者；
2. 存在严重影响肢体活动的神经、肌肉、骨骼或关节疾病者；
3. 认知功能、语言沟通功能障碍或伴有神经精神疾病无法配合者。
4. 参与其他运动干预研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who suffered from severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney disease, and other severe diseases and could not tolerate exercise training;
2. Those who suffered from neurological, muscular, skeletal, or joint diseases that seriously affected limb activity;
3. Those who had cognitive or mental disorders and were unable to cooperate with instructions;
4. Those who had participated in another clinical exercise study.
