研究目的：

比较3D腹腔镜和2D腹腔镜下手术治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效和安全性，探索更加适合结直肠癌患者的腹腔镜根治性手术技术。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of 3D and 2D laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer, and to explore the more suitable laparoscopic radical surgical technique for colorectal cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a)有过胃肠道手术史；
b)BMI>30kg/m2；
c)心肺功能重度不全；
d)有穿孔、出血，梗阻等急症手术指证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of gastrointestinal surgery;
2. BMI>30kg/m2;
3. Cardiopulmonary function severe incomplete;
4. Perforation, bleeding, obstruction and other acute surgical indications.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者应认真填写所有研究资料，包括对所有参加受试者的确认(能有效地核对不同的记录资料，如CRF和医院原始记录)、所有原始的有签名的患者知情同意书、所有CRF的详细记录等。试验结束后所有临床研究资料交临床试验办公室保存。
