研究通过加温是否促进局麻药代谢从而降低神经阻滞引起患者烦躁不适的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether heating can promote local anesthetic metabolism and thus reduce the incidence of irritability caused by nerve block in patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.阻滞不全转全麻；
2.病人中途要求终止实验；
3.出现其他因素影响实验效果不能纳入实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Block incomplete transfer to general anesthesia;
2. The patient requested to terminate the experiment midway;
3. Other factors may affect the experimental effect.
