研究目的：

1. 探索AECOPD患者呼吸道中白色念珠菌载量与疾病预后的相关性。 2. 探讨mNGS检测微生物核酸在AECOPD患者呼吸道中的分布差异及与预后的相关性。 3. 探索使用mNGS检测痰液微生物的结果作为AECOPD患者疗效预测标志物的可能性。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the correlation between respiratory tract candida albicans load and disease prognosis in patient with AECOPD. 2. To explore the distribution difference of microbial nucleic acid detected by mNGS in respiratory tract of AECOPD patients and its correlation with prognosis. 3. To explore the possibility of using mNGS to detect sputum microorganisms as a predictive marker for AECOPD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其他肺部疾病，如肺癌、支气管扩张、肺炎、活动性肺结核和其他肺部感染性疾病等；
2. 预期入院24小时内因病情危重需要进行人工气道机械通气治疗者；
3. 既往合并严重肝肾功能损害或其他疾病终末期患者；
4. 入组前使用免疫抑制剂（＞30毫克/天泼尼龙或等效剂量持续使用2周以上）；
5. 入组前14天内接受过抗真菌治疗或入院时判断患者存在侵袭性真菌感染；
6. 有感染人类免疫缺陷病毒病史，或患有其他获得性、先天性免疫缺陷疾病，或有器官移植史；
7. 既往有明确的神经或精神障碍史，如癫痫、痴呆，依从性差者；
8. 不稳定的充血性心力衰竭或近期出现的脑梗塞、肺栓塞；
9. 研究者认为由于其他原因不适合参加该试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with other lung diseases, such as lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, active pulmonary tuberculosis and other pulmonary infectious diseases;
2. Patients who are expected to be treated with artificial airway mechanical ventilation due to critical condition within 24 hours after admission;
3. Patients with previous severe liver or kidney dysfunction or other end-stage diseases;
4. Use of immunosuppressants before enrollment (> 30 mg/day of prednisolone or equivalent dose for more than 2 weeks);
5. Patients were diagnosed with invasive fungal infection after receiving antifungal therapy or admission within 14 days prior to enrollment;
6. A history of human immunodeficiency virus infection or other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency disease, or a history of organ transplantation;
7. Have a clear history of neurological or mental disorders, such as epilepsy, dementia, and poor compliance;
8. Unstable congestive heart failure or recent cerebral infarction or pulmonary embolism;
9. Patients considered unsuitable for the trial by the investigator for other reasons.
